- Orders placed on weekends or during observed public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Please note that processing involves order verification, quality inspection, and packaging. In the event of a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
We aim to deliver your items as efficiently as possible. Our shipping estimates for domestic orders within the United States are as follows:

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. The tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment. You can monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier’s official tracking portal.
5. Shipping Coverage and Limitations
Currently, Technest Solutions LLC only ships to addresses within the United States.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- To ensure secure delivery and proof of receipt, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Technest Solutions LLC is not responsible for any additional fees or tariffs applied to your order during or after shipping. For domestic orders within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your shipping destination.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
