At Technest Solutions LLC, we maintain a transparent process for returns and refunds to ensure our customers are fully informed of their rights. This policy applies to all handbag purchases made through our store. Please review the following terms to understand our eligibility requirements and procedures.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We provide a 30-day return policy. This means you have exactly 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have elapsed since the delivery of your handbag, we are unable to facilitate a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The handbag must be in the same condition as it was upon delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and free from any signs of physical wear or damage.
  • All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact and attached.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the request.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at Support@Technestsolutionllc.com with your order number.
  2. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with specific instructions and the address of the authorized return facility.
  3. Note: Items sent back to our administrative office without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  4. Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the costs associated with return shipping.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We advise all customers to inspect their order immediately upon reception. If the handbag is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

To expedite the process of receiving a different item, we recommend returning the original handbag for a refund. Once the return is processed and approved, you may place a new, separate order for the desired handbag.

6. Refund Process and Timeline

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned handbag, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If the return meets our eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card).
  • Timeline: The refund is typically processed within 7 business days. Please note that individual financial institutions may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return, including:

  • Handbags that have been customized or modified at the customer’s request.
  • Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
  • Any item that shows signs of use or is missing original components/packaging.

8. Restocking Fees

Technest Solutions LLC does not charge restocking fees for items that are returned in their original, unused condition within the 30-day return window.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placement. If the order has already entered the fulfillment or shipping phase, the cancellation cannot be processed, and you will need to follow the standard return procedure after the item is delivered.
